The standard shipping costs are calculated at the cash register.
The delivery time is between 2 and 3 working days, but we strive to send all orders on weekdays within 24 hours, but can take up to 2-5 working days in the high season. The delivery times take into account possible delays due to payment permits, strikes of local post offices or import companies or delays due to international customs matters or additional tariffs or taxes that your country may request. Due to customs delays, retained or customs fees that are outside of our control, no returns or reimbursements are issued.
Some delivery services require a signature in the delivery. If you cannot sign the goods, you have to arrange the return with the freight forwarder or pick up the goods yourself. If you do not do this within the deadline required by the freight forwarder (usually 7 days), the goods will be returned to us and you bear all costs for the return of the goods.
Taxes & other taxes:
If your shipment is received, additional tariffs and taxes may apply. These tariffs and taxes are to be worn by the recipient. Nature4Body is not obliged to inform the customer about such additional costs and not to reimburse the customer of these costs.
Hygiene and the safety of our customers are very important, so certain articles cannot be returned to reimbursement, including: Products for face + body if it is open, used or the protective seal is not intact.
In order to come into question for a return, your article must be unopened and unused and are in the same state in which you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this requirement concerns damaged or defective articles.

We cannot edit any returns for products that were bought via a retail partner. Refunds are only possible for purchases that were made via (Nature4Body.ch) and (Nature4Body.com).
You are responsible for returned items until you reach us, so make sure that you are properly packaged and cannot be damaged on the way!
Since the package stays with your responsibility until we arrive, make sure that you will receive proof of shipping if you have to contact us because of your return.
We are not responsible for articles that are accidentally returned to us (it happens!). If we can find the items (it is not always possible) and you want to have it returned, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.

In order to complete your return, we need one that ordered no.
As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or your original payment method will be automatically credited.
If you send a product/products back, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or taking out mail insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned article.
